A step forward for Precise

Today, the Precise partners met in Flensburg to discuss our progress and identify gaps and areas for improvement regarding our meat and fish freshness sensor. The partners shared many good ideas and engaged in intense discussions as we move into the final year of the project.

There is still much to accomplish; for instance, we need to implement the AI algorithm into the sensor, and a multi-cantilever sensor—featuring several sensors in one instrument—will be tested in the coming months. Additionally, we will implement improvements suggested by our testing companies. Thank you for helping the project move forward!

We are eager to see the results. If you’re interested in learning more about the sensor, you can meet us during the Fehmarn Belt Days, where our partner from TH Lübeck will showcase the sensor and answer any questions.
