In science, we are concerned and develop ideas to tackle the problems. Many scientists worldwide put a lot of effort into investigating the causes and effects of the disruptive changes around us.

Spoilage of meat and fish is a major waste problem. Until today, the expiration date is estimated and checked by trained personnel with their noses, because there is no technical solution to determine the shelf life accurately. Read more or download our press release.

During the Kick-off event in April ’23, our partners and network partners had the chance to test the sensor prototype. All partners presented their tasks and discussed how and when we would like to implement them. It was a successful start with enthusiastic partners.
